Context
Most french people my age have at some point played Adibou in their youth.
It is a french educational game serie who teaches children about a variety of topics including nature, maths, and language.
The most famous entry of the serie is arguably the very first Adibou game.
Whether it is the cake baking, the three cats song or the gardening, it had so many iconic parts that are now cult classics.
Personnaly, I remember spending a lot of time right there, in the painting easel. It had a feature that as a kid, I had never seen before: Symmetry drawing.
I remembered this the other day and I thought that it could be a fun challenge to rebuild this in Javascript.
Goals
- Learn about the Canvas API, that I had to use in previous projects but never fully grasped all its features.
- Practice trygonometry. The unit circle is pure magic and I always have fun using it
